Integrated Tariff of the Republic of Lithuania (LITAR)
LITAR is the initial code used to uniquely identify EU tariff measures and national taxes, as well as certain import and export restrictions and prohibitions, as implemented by the Republic of Lithuania. It is a lookup instrument rather than a legislative act — the underlying EU regulations and national tax law remain the governing authority.
